Here’s where you come in:

As Country Finance and Support Services Director, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the organization's financial management and support service functions, including the Finance, Risk & Compliance, and ICT Departments. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure sound financial stewardship, accountability, compliance, and efficient operational support to achieve organizational and program objectives.

You will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial strategy development, while providing financial analysis, advice, and decision-support to senior management and governance bodies. You will ensure effective internal controls, risk management, compliance, and safeguarding of organizational assets.

You will promote accountability and the efficient utilization of resources in line with organizational policies, donor requirements, and regulatory standards. You will build staff capacity and strengthen financial systems and processes while ensuring integrated, high-quality support services that enhance operational efficiency, business continuity, and program delivery.

Overall, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring the organization maintains strong financial health, effective risk management, and robust support services that enable the successful achievement of its mission and objectives. You will report to the Country Response Director (RD) of the office.

Travel and/or Work Environment, Language Requirement:
