Background Founded in 2015, INARA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides life-altering medical, mental health and psychosocial support and essential care to children impacted by human-induced and natural disasters. Fostering a future where we empower children to shape their own dignified lives. INARA areas of intervention include comprehensive medical services, mental health and psychosocial support, education in emergencies, economic empowerment, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) initiatives, and rapid emergency response. INARA emphasizes long-term care, ensuring that children receive continuous treatment and rehabilitation. Position Summary: INARA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer to contribute to the design, implementation, and oversight of M&E framework. The M&E Officer will ensure data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on program performance and impact. The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) officer will be based in Egypt but will also work closely with INARA programs in other countries. Key Responsibilities: • Design logical frameworks & M&E plans for new projects. • Design and manage data collection tools (quantitative and qualitative), including surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, and case studies. • Conduct data cleaning, verification and analysis on collected data regularly. • Regular follow up with projects teams to ensure the M&E tools are effectively used. • Conducts regular field visits to implement quantitative/qualitative data collection tools and to ensure the high quality of data collected • Develop and utilize beneficiary feedback surveys to gather feedback on provided services. • Conduct Quality Assurance Assessments • Conduct project evaluations to assess effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, and impact. • Assess performance against defined output, outcome, and impact-level indicators • Analyze M&E data and provide timely reports to inform program decision-making and donor reporting. • Ensure that the complaints and feedback mechanism is operational. • Support the development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and plans. • Support in conducting impact assessments. • Document and report the challenges and lessons learned during project activities • Provide training and technical assistance to program staff in Egypt and other countries on monitoring and evaluation methodologies, tools, and techniques.
