Opportunity Type: Regular Fixed Term (Fixed Term) Summary: JOB SUMMARY Provides advanced project management support for complex product development projects. Leads project teams and provides mentorship to others. Key Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Manages project schedules, budgets, and documentation for multiple projects. • Coordinates with cross-functional teams on requirements and delivery. • Supports feasibility studies and field trials. • Tracks project progress and prepares status reports. • Supports risk management and issue resolution. • Mentors junior project staff. • Ensures compliance with quality standards. • Implements project management tools and process improvements. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Typically requires university degree. Generally 6-7 years of related professional experience. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Certification in project or program management. Experience with product development lifecycle. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Mentorship experience.
