Opportunity Type: Regular Fixed Term (Fixed Term) Summary: Position Summary: Terwilliger Center is an innovation hub within Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) that contributes to its mission of ensuring that everyone has a decent place to live in. The purpose of TCIS is to continue influencing the market actors such as private companies, public officials, civil society, consumers, and households; to support scalable and affordable housing solutions through their products and services. The Manager, Housing Market Systems will lead, deliver, and support programming that expands Habitat's work with housing market systems across the Philippines. Reporting to the Director, Regional Operations TCIS Southeast Asia, the Manager will be responsible as the technical lead for strategic programs, coordinating the team in concert with relevant global team members around key programmatic themes (e.g. climate, gender, youth, health, media, etc.), and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including: donors, market actors, government, academe, industry bodies, civil society, low-income homeowners, external consultants and the regional and global teams. • Masters Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, International Development, or related field
• Experience providing technical assistance to teams working across multiple geographies across numerous sectors
• Experience in housing or urban development, particularly applying systems thinking approaches
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, a proven ability to mentor staff, and demonstrated experience collaborating with different types of partners from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Experience developing, organizing, and facilitation capacity building workshops, trainings, and events.
• Outstanding written and oral English communication skills in particular the ability to write clearly, succinctly, and engagingly about technical subjects.
