Support Ministry of Youth and Sports in Baghdad to Roll out Job Search Clubs - PROSPECT in Baghdad, Iraq - 17 of Sep - 30th of November 2026 Background and Context: The ILO PROSPECTS Programme continues to strengthen national systems in Iraq with a focus on expanding employability opportunities for young women and men. As part of these efforts, the ILO will support the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MoYS) in institutionalizing its flagship Job Search Clubs (JSC) methodology across Iraq. This support will include the provision of logistical assistance for the establishment and rollout of four new Job Search Clubs in Baghdad. In addition, the intervention will focus on strengthening the sustainability and quality of the JSC approach through mentoring, capacity building, and technical assistance for MoYS staff and facilitators. The support will also facilitate the certification of MoYS facilitators, enhancing their ability to effectively deliver JSC services and support young job seekers in accessing employment opportunities. Purpose / Objective for this Service: Provide logistical support to conduct four exemplary Job Search clubs by MOYS staff in Baghdad. The services provider is expected to deliver the following services per the table for logistical requirement below, these include A) Provision of cash distribution for transportation and facilitation costs for participants per week per club B) Purchase and delivery of requested items (stationary, coffee break items …etc) C) Any other service requested in the table Event date from/to: The contract period will cover 20 of Sep - 30th of November 2026. During this period, Four Job Search Club will be implemented, each club has 12 consecutive working days, for a total of 48 implementation days across all four clubs. Location: Baghdad in the following locations (subject to confirmation by ILO) Center 1: Palestine Street | Ministry of Youth and Sports Headquarters. Center 2: Al-Zawraa Park | Scientific Welfare Department Headquarters. Center 3: Al-Waziriyah | Department of Culture and Youth Arts (Al-Talia’a Theatre). Conditions that must be met in the hall: 1. The training will be held at MOYS Facilities at Training of Trainer center in Baghdad and at Governorate office (Exact location to be determined prior to event) 2. Free Wi-Fi internet connection in the training rooms. Coordination The company will liaise and report to Gashaw Shareef, shareef@ilo.org , Nazar Al-Hashamat, Al-Hashamat@ilo.org, and Miran Bakragha at bakragha@ilo.org Application: - All interested applicants are requested to submit a price form, and price BOQ, signed and stamped in PDF format through UNGM/JAGGAER platforms - Prices should remain valid for 90 days after the application deadline Evaluation: - The ILO consider the technically compliant / cost effective offers - Preference shall be given for applicants with previous experience with the UN agencies - The ILO shall consider companies which are active and registered in Iraq and the KRI ONLY Payment • Payment shall be made through bank transfer • The payment shall be made against actual number of participants and up to the satisfaction of the ILO • All bank transfer fees shall not be covered by the ILO • Payment shall be transferred within 30 Calendar days after receiving the invoice to the satisfaction and acceptance of the ILO. • If the contract needed to be made in the local currency i.e IQD, then the ILO will consider the UN operations exchange rate from USD to other currencies • The supplier is requested to submit an attendance sheet signed by the participants with the invoice to the ILO. Important Notes: The supplier will be billed to ILO based on the actual number of participants and service ONLY.
