الوظيفة: اخصائي نطق نوع العمل: دوام كامل موقع العمل: سوريا حمص المدير المباشر: منسق البرامج ملخص الوظيفة: يدعم أخصائي النطق والتخاطب سير العمل في مركز التأهيل من خلال استقبال الحالات وتقييم واضطرابات النطق واللغة والبلع بكفاءة. يقوم بتشخيص مشاكل التواصل وبناء الخطط العلاجية وتحديثها، وتوجيه الأهالي والمرضى إلى الإرشادات المناسبة، والرد على استفساراتهم بشكل مهني ولطيف. كما يلتزم بالحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الطبية، والتنسيق مع الفريق الطبي والتربوي والإداري لضمان تقديم خدمات تأهيلية منظمة وفعّالة وتحسين جودة حياة المرضى داخل المنشأة. الواجبات والمسؤوليات الأساسية: - 1 استقبال الحالات والمراجعين، وإجراء التقييم الأولي والتشخيص لتحديد نوع واضطراب النطق أو اللغة لديهم. 2- بناء وتحديث الخطط العلاجية الفردية للمرضى، وتوثيق تطور الحالات في ملفاتهم الطبية والتأهيلية بشكل دوري. 3- تقديم الاستشارات والإرشادات التوجيهية لأهالي المرضى، والإجابة على استفساراتهم حول طبيعة الاضطراب وخطة العلاج المنزلي. 4- إدارة وقت الجلسات العلاجية بكفاءة، وتهيئة بيئة الغرفة لتكون محفزة وآمنة وهادئة لضمان استجابة المريض وتركيزه.. المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة: • شهادة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى في علوم النطق والسمع أو التخاطب أو اضطرابات التواصل. 2. معرفة تامة بأدوات التقييم واختبارات اللغة ومخارج الحروف القياسية.القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل. 3. القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل والتمتع بالصبر الطويل والمرونة مع الحالات الصعبة. 4. إتقان مهارات التواصل الفعّال مع الأطفال والبالغين وأولياء الأمور. 5. مهارة كتابة التقارير الطبية والدورية لمتابعة تطور الحالات بدقة Job Title: Speech and Language Pathologist Employment Type: Full-time Location: Syria, Homs Line Manager: Programs Coordinator Job Summary: The Speech and Language Pathologist supports the workflow at the rehabilitation center by efficiently receiving cases and assessing speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The specialist diagnoses communication problems, develops and updates treatment plans, guides parents and patients to appropriate instructions, and responds to their inquiries in a professional and polite manner. Furthermore, the specialist is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of medical information and coordinating with the medical, educational, and administrative teams to ensure the delivery of organized and effective rehabilitation services, ultimately improving the patients' quality of life within the facility. Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1- Receive cases and clients, and conduct initial assessments and diagnoses to determine the type of speech or language disorder. 2- Develop and update individualized treatment plans for patients, and regularly document case progress in their medical and rehabilitation files. 3- Provide consultations and guidance to patients' families, and answer their inquiries regarding the nature of the disorder and the home-treatment plan. 4- Manage therapy session time efficiently, and prepare the room environment to be stimulating, safe, and quiet to ensure patient responsiveness and focus.
