About this opportunity
IYD is expanding its Trainer Database and is seeking experienced and qualified trainers to support potential future training activities. Trainers with expertise in the following areas are encouraged to apply: • Financial Management • Project Management • Human Resources • Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) • Procurement & Supply Chain Management • Leadership & Management • Grants Management • Internal Audit & Compliance • Administrative Investigations • Risk & Crisis Management • Negotiation & Communication Skills • Data Management & Analysis • Reporting & Documentation • Training of Trainers (ToT) • Protection & PSEA • Excel & Power BI • Other relevant areas Key Requirements Relevant professional qualifications and experience in the area of expertise. Previous experience in designing and delivering training sessions. Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to adapt training content to different audiences and learning needs. Experience with NGOs, humanitarian organizations, or other relevant institutions is an advantage. Training Modalities Trainers may be considered for in-person or online training, short-term workshops, and multi-day training programs. Important Note Registration in the Trainer Database does not guarantee a training assignment. Trainers may be contacted when relevant opportunities arise based on IYD's training needs, the trainer's expertise, and availability.
