Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO is looking for a technical consultant to develop and implement skills training programmes on Employment Intensive Approaches for workers at Cultural Heritage sites in Basra and Mosul, under the UNESCO project “Reviving Mosul and Basra Old Cities” Phase III. The consultant will identify the required skills, design the training programme and certification according to the ILO’s Employment Intensive techniques, lead the implementation and certification of 90 beneficiaries (60 in Mosul, 30 in Basra), and provide post-training support. Minimum ten years of experience in skills training (construction sector); reporting and communication in English and Arabic. Duration: 01 November to 15 December 2026.
