Position Title: Pension Administration Assistant Reference Code: VN 092-093/2026 Job classification: General Service Staff Duty station: Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) Type of Appointment: One year fixed-term with possibility of extension Salary: Php 876,102.00 per annum net of taxes Context Under the overall supervision of the National Pension Administration Officer, in coordination and direct supervision of the Pension Administrator, the successful candidate collaborates with IOM-UNJSPF (UN Joint Staff Pension Fund) participants and HR Personnel Administrators in obtaining, collating, verifying participant’s record vis-à-vis HR and UNJSPF data. Required Qualifications and Experience Education • University degree in the field of Administration, Human Resources or its equivalent relevant field or a related field from an accredited academic institution, with three (3) years of relevant professional experience. • Completed High school / Secondary school education with five (5) years of relevant experience. Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database. EXPERIENCE • Relevant HR/administrative or finance experience in the application of social security schemes with respect to pensions, benefits and entitlements in a government or an international organization, preferably in a UN environment participating in the UNJSPF • Experienced in data verification, rules interpretation and implementation. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills; have keen eye for details. • Experience in SAP/Oracle an advantage. • Familiarity with UN Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) or similar pension system, an advantage. SKILLS • Sound knowledge of basic finance/accounting principles and internal controls. • Proficient in Microsoft Office environment, including extensive use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and comfort with learning new software and project reporting tools.
