About this opportunity

Why Mozilla? Mozilla Corporation is the non-profit-backed technology company that has shaped the internet for the better over the last 25 years. We make pioneering brands like Firefox, the privacy-minded web browser. Now, with more than 225 million people around the world using our products each month, we’re shaping the next 25 years of technology and helping to reclaim an internet built for people, not companies. Our work focuses on diverse areas including AI, social media, security and more. And we’re doing this while never losing our focus on our core mission – to make the internet better for people. The Mozilla Corporation is wholly owned by the non-profit 501(c) Mozilla Foundation. This means we aren’t beholden to any shareholders — only to our mission. Along with thousands of volunteer contributors and collaborators all over the world, Mozillians design, build and distribute open-source software that enables people to enjoy the internet on their terms. About this team and role: Mozilla Marketing Team is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Production Designer to join our team. This person will be responsible for leading the visual execution of creative assets for projects across film, advertising, and digital media. The Production Designer is responsible for ensuring visual consistency from concept through completion. This role collaborates closely with creative directors, producers, creative teams, and marketing partners to bring stories and ideas to life through design. What you’ll do: • Design and execute high-volume visual assets, including digital ads, social media content, and campaign visuals • Oversee the rapid production of assets, ensuring brand guidelines and quality standards are met for mass distribution • Create and maintain a library of design templates, style guides, and visual components for efficient, large-scale asset creation • Manage production timelines and resources to deliver a continuous flow of assets on schedule • Source and manage stock photography, graphic elements, and other visual resources within budget • Supervise the final preparation and delivery of assets across multiple platforms and formats • Ensure visual and brand continuity across all high-volume advertising touchpoints • Stay current with platform-specific design best practices and emerging advertising technologies
